The tower's design is a continuation of Zaha Hadid Architects' exploration into high-rise construction, showcasing a fluid architectural expression that aligns with the engineering requirements of the entire structure. One Thousand Museum is distinguished by its concrete exoskeleton, which structures its perimeter with a web of flowing lines. This design integrates lateral bracing with structural support, creating a visually stunning and functionally robust building.

Columns at the base of the tower fan out as it rises, meeting at the corners to form a rigid tube highly resistant to Miami’s demanding wind loads, including hurricane forces. This design approach results in hurricane-resistant diagonal bracketing, a crucial feature for buildings in this region. Chris Lepine, the project director from Zaha Hadid Architects, explains that the design embodies a fluidity that is both structural and architectural, with the structure varying in thickness as needed, seamlessly blending architecture and engineering.

The tower utilizes glass fiber reinforced concrete formwork, which remains in place as the building progresses upwards. This permanent concrete formwork also serves as the architectural finish, requiring minimal maintenance. Behind the exoskeleton, the building features a faceted, crystal-like façade that contrasts with the solidity of the structure.

The interior design of One Thousand Museum is equally impressive. With the frame located at the perimeter, the interior floor plates are almost column-free. The exoskeleton's curvature results in slightly different floor plans on each level. On the lower floors, terraces cantilever from the corners, while on the upper floors, terraces are incorporated behind the structure.

The top floors of One Thousand Museum are dedicated to luxury amenities, including an aquatic center, lounge, and event space. Additionally, landscaped gardens, terraces, and pools are situated above the lobby and residents' parking, offering serene and picturesque spaces for relaxation and entertainment.

In summary, One Thousand Museum is not just a residential tower; it's a landmark of architectural innovation and luxury living in Miami, reflecting the genius of Zaha Hadid Architects in every aspect of its design and functionality.

“I highly recommend Tony as a realtor to help sell your home! He comes with all the skills and contacts (contractors, stagers, designers, etc.) to make the process successful. He is a great listener and highly responsive. We could not have asked more from a realtor to help us selling our first home. Thanks Tim!”

“My husband and I were the first time home buyers. We contacted Tony just couple of months after moving to San Francisco. Tony really helped us to learn about different neighbourhoods in SF. He showed us all the apartments that we wanted to visit even the ones that we could not afford. He is a good negotiator and we end of buying an apartment below the asked price.”

“After meeting with a few real estate agents, we decided to choose Tony for our home purchase and we were not disappointed. Tony was always a text or a phone call away and provided us with everything we needed and more. He was with us every step of the way during the experience and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent. He is extremely knowledgable of the current market landscape and helped us negotiate for an offer below asking in the San Francisco market (amazing right?!). He is kind, friendly and will always have your best interest in mind when he is assisting in your home purchase. We wholeheartedly believe that if we had chosen another real estate agent to work with we might not have been able to purchase our home since Tim brings a bunch of intangible skills to the table that other agents simply do not possess. We would highly recommend Tim to our friends and family and we will not think twice about working with him again in the future.”
